I've been thinking about this for a few days now
You see those people doing ^^ or Ouo/O_o and you can get away with it on the internet
But what if you HAD to make that face irl, you'd be torturing yourself and looking like a twat in all honesty!
I just wanted to draw that idea, and I know some people can make a couple of these faces irl so this is just my interpretation
I may do another one IDK
